I like how, relative to most marvel movies, venom is like pretty grounded. there is aliens but they like dont like go to space, theres no magic, theres like scifi bs but not too egredious. I think it helps that it's not set in bs-central new york. eddie got kicked out of there so he in san francisco lol.

Its why i couldnt finish the third movie , it was just a bit too modern marvel-y for me. "oh no theres the demon core in side of us cuz you died 2 movies ago (he was on the verge of death not full dead ¬_¬) and if the space alien gets the codex then like thats the end of the multiverse" whatevrr i do not gaf

I LOVEE eddie and venom's relationship. the directors were too weak for their love thats why they had to give venom in annie cartoon boobs so you know it definately is annie that wants to straight kiss and not venom (but we all know the truth)

venom being a loser in terms of symbiotes is real funny to me and i like how it means he cant just win symbiote fights himself and theres gotta be other stuff going on (even if its all grey cgi spagetti)

their codependancy is also real good: venom who would physically die without eddie and eddie who would emotionally die without venom. theyre a fun little anti hero (? they kill a lot of people) duo

the plots of the venom movies are. well the relationship between eddie and venom is super fun.
